Collectrics™ ("Collectrics," "we," "us," or "our") provides account-based access to analytics tools, market data, and optional paid features related to trading card markets.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and handle information when you use the Collectrics website and services.

Information We Collect

Collectrics is designed to minimize personal data collection.

Information you provide

• Email address, used for account creation, authentication, and communication.

Account-related information

• Account identifiers and session data.
• Feature entitlement and purchase history.

Automatically collected information

• Device and browser information, such as IP address and user agent.
• Usage and analytics data, such as page views and feature interactions.

We do not require names, physical addresses, or other personal identifying information beyond a valid email address.

These providers process information only as needed to support the service.

Cookies and Local Storage

Collectrics uses cookies and browser storage for essential functionality, including:

• Maintaining login sessions, which may persist for up to 30 days.
• Saving user preferences such as theme settings.

We also use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to understand usage and improve the service.

Data Retention

While your account is active, we retain account information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the service. When you delete your account in the Collectrics iOS app, we delete the email address, authentication and session data, preferences, watchlists, alerts, device registrations, and other activity attributable to that account.

After account deletion, we retain a restricted, pseudonymous subscription and transaction ledger for one year to support refunds, payment disputes, reconciliation, audits, and accounting. This ledger may include provider transaction or subscription references, product and status information, relevant dates, and amount and currency when available. It does not include your email address, name, authentication credentials, watchlists, preferences, or Collectrics user ID.

Restricted ledger records are automatically deleted after one year and are not used for marketing, personalization, or recreating a deleted account. Apple, Stripe, and other service providers may retain records separately under their own policies and legal obligations.

Your Choices and Rights

You may request:

• Access to your account data.
• Correction of inaccurate information.
• Deletion of your account directly in the Collectrics iOS app.

Children's Privacy

Collectrics is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect user information, including the use of network security controls such as firewalls and access restrictions.

However, no system can be completely secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the service evolves, including when new features are introduced. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
